Payment terms
In case of service reservation you will probably have to buy a prepayment voucher since it is the only way how we do fix the dates of the service for you. After your payment has been made you will receive the “Order Confirmation” e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place after we have received your payment.
If we are unable to provide the service you have bought the prepayment voucher for, for example, the date you desire is no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the voucher, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
How to pay
Please note that the only way we accept payments for the prepayment voucher is via the payment system of our website. Payment for the voucher is in advance.
Payment processing time
Please allow us 3 – 5 working days to process your request and/or payment. Your order will be fulfilled within time mentioned before, unless there is a Force Majeure Event. If we are unable to meet the estimated date because of a Force Majeure Event, we will contact you with the revised estimated delivery date.
You may place an order for prepayment voucher from any place in the world and it will be delivered to the email address that you enter in the system during the payment process.
Price of vouchers
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of vouchers are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, if we discover an error in the price of what you ordered we will contact you to inform you about the change and reconfirm / cancel your order.
The price of a prepayment voucher includes all taxes at the applicable current rate chargeable in our country of residence.
Cancellation of order, returns and refunds
To cancel your order, please contact us in writing to tell us by sending an e-mail. Please note that our prepayment vouchers are non refundable and cancellation can be done only in special circumstances with our full consent. If your cancellation is approved by us, it will be effective from the date you sent us the e-mail.
In case of approved cancellation if the prepayment voucher has been paid, we will refund you within a period of 14 (fourteen) working days. Once refunded, your prepayment voucher becomes non binding to us.
